Programme and project management

Chapman-Nix can deliver hospitality projects using PRINCE2 or its variants, depending on the client's needs and the skills of the staff to utilise the full range of tools available. Many clients neither need nor want to manage the complex elements of PRINCE2, so our team will "flex" the tools and our approach to the project in order to optimise the outcome.

Sharepoint included

Additionally, every project we deliver comes with a customised Sharepoint collaboration website for the team members and external resources to use...at no extra charge for the client. We believe that clear, consistent and transparent communication is critical for successful project implementation. We deploy both Sharepoint 2.0 for Office 2003 and Sharepoint 3.0 for Office 2007, depending on the clients' network capabilities.

Our services at a glance:

  • Creation of an integrated project plan
  • Project planning, steering and controlling
  • Resource planning
  • Project office and library
  • Customised Sharepoint collaboration website
