After you have downloaded and installed the program below, click on the Insight Questionnaire icon on your desktop to start the program.
Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the [Short Interview] or [Detailed Interview] option--I suggest if you have the time, complete the Detailed
Interview option, as it will provide much more relevant information.
When you have answered all the questions, select the Send Mail option under the File menu and direct the email to Dale
Nix for analysis.
